I thought that companies, even hospitals, couldn't force employees to get EUA vaccines that were not yet FDA approved? It's interesting. The large hospitals here have recently had legal (Justina Pelletier) and legislative (2018 nurse-staffing ballot question) wins, so why wouldn't they just do what they please? Who's going to sue them?
