4+ years of them lying about Trump in a world where anyone can see the original unedited videos of him speaking on Youtube is what initially woke me up. I'm not even American nor a Trump fan nor should this matter. I'm a fan of FACTS and TRUTH not outright lies.
The constant push for vaccines without even discussing natural immunity and the vilification of those like myself who have legitimate concerns are all just fuel on the fire.
This is sort of like when they started poking around the mask question. They found that the anti-maskers knew the data far better than the other side, and was ready with facts from public sources to back up their assertions. So it is with those who don't want this shot.
They released that South Africa omicron data... You know, the one that said the vaccine was 30% effective and 70% effective against hospitalizations for omicron that the media accepted without even questioning the obviously flawed metric?
It turns out the vaccine has HIGHLY negative VE against omicron in that data.
No one trusts the media because they, like the government, are owned by Pharma. No one trusts public health and the medical system either. They have all shot themselves in the foot. It will take decades to rebuild that trust, if it's even possible. The whole rotten structure needs to be torn down and rebuilt with people who actually have a conscience, who actually do things because it's the right thing to do.
I would hit them with a trick question: "Since the vaccines have proven so safe and effective, when will you make the manufacturers liable for damages?"
What an idiot. I bet he sat in his desk all day trying to think of something clever to ask and that is what he came out with. It was just reported 6.5 million left their jobs last month but they still want employee vaccine mandates. Why didn’t he ask about that?

The media is already acting like an appendage of the (corrupt) State. Why not nationalize the big media outlets and then make the editors run for office just like a Congressman. It's not like we have a "free press" now. We just have a co-opted press that has fused with the State. Textbook fascism.
How many kids are going into "journalism" today in college I wonder? And what are they actually being taught? I wonder. I would rather have my kid become an ambulance chasing lawyer than get a "degree in journalism" these days.

I am hoping it’s a short learning curve. Many people still think NBC, CNN, NYT etc are legit news outlets. But they’ve also lost a ton of readership. Who knows where it will land, but I can see a lot of confusing messages bring disseminated wildly too- one day it’s a “dangerous viral blizzard” and the next it’s “mild, nothing to worry about.” And back and forth.
