I have to admit it took me a while to catch on. Lockdowns seemed to make sense when they were "two weeks to flatten the curve", but when Sweden's cases rose and fell in line with everywhere else I assumed that they would realize the mistake. Instead they doubled down and went for another round in winter 2020/2021. All confirmed by bullshit "science", mostly modelling studies and cherry picking of data.
"Sweden did so much worse than their neighbors". Finland's lockdown involved 2 weeks of public building and school closures and that seems to have been it. Peru had horrendous lockdowns, early, long and military enforced. They came out way worse than anywhere else. Yet somehow lockdowns are still seen as "working" by many.
I'm with you. Breaks my heart.
Never Again!
That is what they said after the Holocaust. Do you see the parallels now?
Of course, that's why I've been fighting this since day one.
As I've said before:
My biggest fear is that the people will do it all over again. I think that's what you and I fear the most.
That has the potential to be a 30's redux on steroids...globally.
