I've got it right now (I'm only 33). I've been doing C, D, Zinc and NSAIDs PRN for achiness and sore throat. I can't find quercetin ANYWHERE.
Onions and kale are food sources with very high levels of quercetin. I recommend a large pot of french onion soup!
