One of the most consistent reasonable voices during covid!

MarcusBierce's avatar

Yes, yet didn’t he continue to push the poison jabs for the older/elderly?

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Let's not also fall victim to what i think was the biggest tragedy of the scamdemic:

The inability for just about everyone to analyze decisions on a net positive/negative basis.

Do you believe he was a net negative or positive as it relates to being a force for freedom and personal sovereignty?

I could be wrong but I think his views have evolved over time.

That's how real science works. When the facts on the ground change then you modify your assessment/approach.

That's also the same characteristic of a leader.

La Gata Politica's avatar

If an uneducated dumbass like me knew that C19 was being overblown and that the C19 transfections were unnecessary and dangerous, I expected all of the highly educated residents of the medical ivory towers to know it as well and to push for us to be treated with zpacks, prednisone and the usual meds. He encouraged my generation to take the transfections, that's unforgivable. If I knew it was unnecessary, he and the rest of the doctors knew it wasn't necessary.

Mistakes were not made. Americans died because our doctors lied.

Governors were paid millions of dollars to become dictators, my Republican Governors were happy to do as they were told.

Ryan Gardner's avatar

I hear you. I'm not saying you're wrong to feel this way.

At the end of the day the failure lies squarely with the people. They chose cowardness. They did not heed the most profound warning ou Founders gave of NEVER trading freedom for safety.

They were unwilling to pay the price...that's why so many were willingly blind.

10% is all it took to turn the tide. If people would've stood up to THE MASKS we wouldn't be having this discussion.

All around it is a pox on our country.

I couldn’t agree more

Hi Ryan! I thought of a good name for a journal about ammo. “Magazine” For Memorial Day my husband is going to get out his old grill-Sargent uniform for the BBQ.

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Hi!

As Ole' Ronnie said; there you go again.

Cheers!

La Gata Politica's avatar

Yes he did, unapologetically. Not sure why he's seen as a hero. Had I listened to him, I might be having serious heart issues or be dead. Young athlete in my circle now has lung and heart damage after being shot up with C19 vaxx. The harm it's caused is life changing.

MarcusBierce's avatar

Pharma and their keepers did such a good job creating life-long clients, to the degree the *clients* survive, of course. Horrific

La Gata Politica's avatar

It's heartbreaking to watch previously healthy young athletes, struggling to breathe and walk. They didn't listen to me because I'm not a doctor🤦‍♀️

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Perhaps if the scientific community and the PHA'S had listened to him (or even if he was at the "table") in regards to The Barrington Declaration we wouldn't have been subjected to the experimental juice.

Perhaps we wouldn't have been subjected to totalitarianism by a Cabal of Consensus?

Bruce's avatar

Gata?? What? The bad cat is actually a woman???????

el gato malo's avatar

the original cat was male, the current cat is female.

Mickey Free's avatar

I have a little female who is the toughest Alpha I have seen in all my nearly 80 years. Totally fearless. A superlative role model!

Rosemary B's avatar

Mine is 6 pounds, cornish rex and she thinks she can fly.

She is not fearless, but pretty funny. She will howl at the top of her lungs upstairs until I finally give in and go up, then she will go pee in her box. I think she just wants a quick clean up.

Username's avatar

Wut?? Did el gato undergo a certain kind of operation seeking to become la gata? 😉

Or do you mean that there was an internal coup to replace the original leadership?

el gato malo's avatar

alas, the original el gato malo is no longer with us. he died a few years back.

Username's avatar

R.I.P. original gato.

I know all too well what it's like to lose un gatico.

TRM's avatar

Aren't all bad pussies women? ;)

Ryan Gardner's avatar

Pretty sure he's talking about his wifey. If I'm wrong I quit. Betrayal!

el gato malo's avatar

i'm speaking of the actual cat that jay is holding.

Don Lewis's avatar

Dr Jay has no scratches or puncture wounds on hand so he must have very good cat side manners. Sometimes a playful blood draw is good to establish where a human is on the food chain.

Username's avatar

OIC, it's not the author of this Substack who changed, but the feline after whom it's named.

Bruce's avatar

OK, I get it now. Thanks for clarifying. That freaked me out there for a minute.

Disillusioned But Optimistic's avatar

Wait, I’m confused. Are YOU a Gata or Gato? Please, for the love of our dear Lord, don’t say non-binary. Unless you are applying for a scholarship.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jay Bhattacharaya in Baddeck, Nova Scotia in October 2022 at the "Free Speech in Medicine" conference. Jay is the voice of reason and science. I had been reading and following Jay and Martin Kulldorf, as they were the voices that said out loud what I believed to be the situation. My estimation of Jay and Martin, as well as Dr. Sunetra Gupta has continued grow. Thank you to all of you.

Pairodocs's avatar

Thanks for supporting our conference, Erin! We were thrilled to have Jay as our keynote speaker--and discovered that he is not only a great scientist and a courageous voice of reason, but also one of the nicest humans we've ever met.

Erin A. Quinn's avatar

Coming to your conference was one of the best decisions I have ever made. I found a community and gained insight. I found that I was not alone in my choices or my understanding of the issues surrounding Covid. I continue to read PairoDocs and look forward to meeting again. Thank you for all that you both do to make this world a better place.

Chris Milburn's avatar

That is so kind of you. Thanks so much.

Two heroes at one place, at the same time?!

He was in good company....birds of a feather.

Many thanks to both of you for having the cojones to speak truth when it was absolutely the toughest time in our lives to do so.

Donna's avatar

😁 A gata is starring down el gato malo and saying, I could whack Jay if I wanted to, but he has such a nice smile 😊, I won’t do it. Plus she likes fringe epidemiologists anyway.

SCA's avatar

The worthwhile ones are worth amplifying.

I can still remember being baffled by anyone attacking something as reasonable and compassionate as The Great Barrington Declaration. But that's been the Sorting Hat of the Plague Era, hasn't it?

Suzie's avatar

He hs also been instrumental in helping to bring all the way to the Supreme Court one the most important free speech case in history, Murthy v. Missouri, dealing with the egregious censorship of free speech on social media by the government, which should be decided by the court by sometime in June.

Barb's avatar

As a subscriber to Dr. Jay and Rav, I say great recommendation!

Noël King's avatar

Haha, what a wonderful picture of Jay and la gata!

Stephanie's avatar

The same Jay that said the elderly should get the shots? Oh that Jay Battacharaya!!!!!

Glen's avatar

A voice in the wilderness or perhaps a life jacket that I grabbed onto during the dark days. Bravo Jay and El Gato.

Disillusioned But Optimistic's avatar

Love Jay and his podcast! He sounds like a very sweet person. I didn’t know El Malo Gato is a Fem-bot! Go team XX!

Mark Oshinskie's avatar

He's hosting pro-vaxx Ben Shapiro?

Ben changed his mind? Sorry, no do-overs.

sooz's avatar

It has been a slow awakening for most, myself included. The ability to change one's mind is a good thing.

Mark Oshinskie's avatar

For those whom he advised to inject and who went along, it's too late.

sooz's avatar

I would be a part of that group who went along (3 jabs). I have regrets, though I suffered no side effects. Shapiro is a commentator, not an advisor or epidemiological expert. I'm guessing that he was also initially taken in by the fear-mongering and "expert" advice of the CDC, etc. It is Pharma, public health officials, and politicians who are responsible for this unimaginable deception and fraud. They are the ones who must be held responsible.

Guylaine's avatar

You have to admit, to call bullshit right from the start, is better.

Rosemary B's avatar

Oh - wait, you are a Gata? :::shakes head::::

Okay, that is great to learn hahahahaha

EXcellent thank you for sharing Jay and all of the other Gato , er Gata-pals

Suzie's avatar

His real-life cat is female.

el gato malo's avatar

the original el gato malo (cat) was male, the current one is female.

Rosemary B's avatar

Ohhhhh thank you for the clarification.

Guylaine's avatar

Are you loosing faith in your audience?

I always thought "No" and I always said "No", and while I did run into some contretemps, I live in a small town and it is my nature to remain elusive. What I never did was outsource my thinking or decision making to any other person (be they a doctor, academic or official of any sort) or a bureaucracy. We look to others to shoulder what is entirely our own responsibility and then point a finger of blame when they fall short or don't quite get it right. If all who thought "No" had held strong in that "No", we should be living in a different world today, perhaps more to our liking, knowing we had remained true to ourselves, each and everyone of us.
