The short answer: Covid vaccines were associated with lower mortality for between 1-9 months (depending on age group) and have been associated with excess death EVERY SINGLE MONTH THEREAFTER FOR EVERY SINGLE AGE GROUP! I would argue the vaccines worked as intended. They made huge profits for Pfizer and Moderna, and a very nice royalty stream back to the docs at NIH/CDC/FDA. Their only failure is like exceedingly toxic viruses, they are tending to kill their hosts, reducing the market for future boosters. They're still trying, now pitching a bi-monthly booster regimen, but so far most are ignoring the marketing push.
It’s astonishing that a government that forced its will on its citizens thru mandated injections is not keeping adequate records on every aspect of the injections in order to clearly answer the questions your analysis raises. Perhaps your hypothesis is correct. A responsible institutional agency (those are three words that don’t go together) would be researching and reporting on whether the injections were effective or not. Their failure to measure and report based on actual data adds weight to the suspicion that the signals you highlight here are the ones we should be paying attention to.

Meanwhile, the least vaccinated states are all completely missing from this ‘worst of’ list. Remember how we had to hear about the correlation between vaccines and hospitalizations for like two years, and all the ‘experts’ told us the jab prevented hospitalizations and deaths? Are you reading any stories today about how highly vaccinated states are dealing with the worst covid outcomes? Of course not — that ‘might promote vaccine hesitancy.’
Did you make any adjustments for the fact that Hospitals across the nation were being paid to classify just about every death as a Covid death? I mean here in Washington state, little ol' Island County was publicly censured TWICE by the state Health Dept for getting caught classifying two different people who died as a result of gunshots as Covid deaths. There is no telling how many slipped through that were marked down as being killed by Covid....
So basically it was minimally efficacious at the population level for 6 months (in the more vulnerable groups) and has been negative for 1.5 years. And this process seems to be accelerating.
This is like claiming victory when you get a first down on your first drive, only to get beat 49 to 0 in the end.
