Another fake reiner fuellmichs gig. This guy must be controlled opposition.

Expand full comment

Yeah he smells like a rat. Also the case looks childish, outlandish accusations with very little probability of proving and much less of winning before a serious court of law. There are a lot of legal solid points that could be easily made and very hard to ridicule, but no, he went the full tinfoil hat route.

Expand full comment

How did you determine it is fake? this is a serious question. as I have as others have said followed him for awhile, and would like to make sure I am doing my best to make good determinations of who to pay attention to and support.

Expand full comment

This is BS too??? I give up

Expand full comment

No, the analysis and the people involved are legit. What is a problem is the court system. We need one through "WE THE PEOPLE" - Not one controlled by the very people who we are fighting. It really is common sense.

Expand full comment

Of course. They planned it this way.

Expand full comment

I follow fuellmich since early days and he is popping up at random places. Impossible to follow him somewhere constantly. He promised already many things like class action international nurember 2.0 and whatnot. Finally I see nothing. To me seems like he is a persons who puts opposing people in coma as 'someone is already doing something so we do not need to'. Meanwhile the tyranny runs at full power. If he would be legit he would have a telegram channel or a substack or something where you can constantly follow him.

Maybe I am wrong and now you will provide me with links to his credible sources but I doubt you will be able. So I will keep seeing him popping up here and there and hear anecdotes how fuellmich and 16000 international lawyers are attacking the latest corona measures.

Expand full comment

Not sure about the Superbowl but the Winter Olympic TV ratings are in the toilet, the opening ceremonies were down 55% from 2018. Feel bad for the athletes but apparently a large portion of the US population has no interest in watching a US TV network act as an organ of the Chinese Communist Party. People are waking up albeit slower than I'd like.

all of the sponsors are putrid, so no olympics in this house.

Expand full comment

I feel bad for the athletes but not for Victoria's Secret and the other sponsors or Eileen Gu

Expand full comment

Re: Eileen Gu, I guess athletes get to pick a country now and they view China as a better bet. The son of NHL great Chris Chelios (Jake Chelios) is playing for China! WTF? He has no ancestral ties to China but he's playing for the KHL team in Kunlun so I guess that's close enough. So glad the NHL decided to skip sending players this year. What a farce.

Expand full comment

I had no idea an NHL player has done that. Still, bravo for NHL.

It's so wrong, playing for the enslavers.

Hope Gu doesn't find out how bad it can be if she doesn't perform

Expand full comment

She didn't perform well, was mocked on Chinese social media. She was born in US to Chinese parents. Unclear to me why her parents were in US- work? School? Don't want to start a grand immigration debate, but Gu should never have been a citizen of US. Are the rich Chinese still coming to US to give birth?

Expand full comment

They've been coming to Canada for decades. Send the wife with the kids, buy up real estate, raise them as Canadians.

Expand full comment

Ironically, I think it was a 19th century case of a US-born person to parent(s) from China, that was the court case basis establishing the right to birthright citizenship (which I also disagree with!) Just one more chink in the armor of our nation. 😏

I posted on FB RT that Beverly Zhu is a US Spy who purposefully jobbed-out in team skating to deliberately embarrass the CCP. I totally made it up just to bust chops. 😂😂😂

NHL players chose not to put their blades to frozen Uyghur tears, I am a hockey chick now. Boo to Gu.

Expand full comment

Don't want to criticize NHL, but I believe they didn't go because of China's crazy quarantine and test requirements. They feared shutting down the NHL for slightly over two weeks, and then if players tested positive during the games, shutting down the league for longer as Covid positive players were held in China for .... How long? It was money and player safety.

Expand full comment

The NHL did the right thing but for the wrong reasons (logistic problems), we'll take what we can get though. As to Jake Chelios he didn't do well in the NHL (Detroit's system) which was why he was playing in China for the KHL. Didn't realize that made one eligible to switch flags though, or that someone would even consider it. SMH.

Expand full comment

Surprised. We have elected leaders here in US who switch flags on a daily basis.

Expand full comment

It is not uncommon (sorry for the double negative) for US athletes to compete for a foreign country in the Olympics. Mostly its done because the athlete can't make the US team. I am not aware of athletes renouncing their citizenship to do so. I don't much care about this skater; born in US of Chinese parents who are Chinese citizens. she never should have been entitled to US citizenship. The skiier competing for China was born in US to Chinese-American US citizens. She "changed sides" for money, apparently. Good riddance to bad rubbish

Expand full comment

I think they should have passed on the whole games. Some things are far more important than competing along side these monsters and pretending things are "normal". How could they participate in a games sponsored by those who keep a whole group of their own people in slavery, people who do organ harvesting on people they hate, people who torture certain citizens, and ultimately, with people who would love to destroy us all. And then there is the matter of how Covid came out of their lab and no one will really address it. These athletes could have made a valuable statement had they refused to compete. So I have less than zero desire to watch any of it.

Expand full comment

I am sorry for the wrong wording . what I thought of was his offending language and name calling. At the time I thought people like Kim could take it badly. But obviously no one took it personally.

Expand full comment

I’ve had to do so much self-checking. Let me start at the beginning. I’ve hated trump since the 80s. The unbridled kind. With a passion. So it’s not political and not new. It’s vintage hatred.

So when he came to be president, I did not take it well. And I hated him some more. And some more. And more. And all the idiotic things he did! And the self-aggrandizing! And his rude, cruel, obnoxious and uncalled for name calling!

(All of this is academic since I don’t vote, by the way, because I live in Puerto Rico).

And all the idiotic things he said! Like when he claimed “if we keep testing, we’re gonna have more cases” which, if anyone there appreciated him, he should’ve been trained on how to say it so that he didn’t sound like a. A moron and b. Like he was putting everyone on (it took me a year to realize he meant the PCR tests were shit). Or when the email leaked out that he wanted more people to get infected! What?! Also took me a while to understand that he wanted more people to acquire natural immunity, not that he was evil incarnate.

So you can see, I hated him even though my life was actually quite unaffected with him there and I did see right away that he had no interest in war. That was his one good point, I thought. The one kill he scored must’ve been like a secret requirement for every president.

But still, god, how I hated him... couldn’t get rid of him fast enough. My teeth would hurt whenever I heard his voice. Hate hate hate. Blagh.

Until Biden came along...

so I’ve learned my lesson. Which I’m not quite sure about. Something to do with “the evil you know”? Maybe? Or about not making judgments until I have more information? I still don’t love him but I’d take him back any day over the mummy we have now. The Oval Office is effectively empty. And no one is sure who the fuck is calling the shots.

Yeah, I’ll take that ulcer any day now.

I feel better now that I’ve told someone.

Expand full comment

What did Trump do to sound like "war talk?"

Expand full comment

They don't know, but CNN told them he did

Expand full comment

To be fair, Trump talked big, like "I have a bigger nuclear button than his, and mine actually works" etc. But if you look in context, all of his "threats" are pretty clearly a case of "back off and don't do something you'll regret, because you WILL regret it" and it seemed to work - no new wars and Kim toned down his missiles.

Expand full comment

Lol. Isnt that the truth.

Expand full comment

Maybe when he told North Korea that they have to disarm without offering anything in return, just threats? Honestly, after him backing out of the Iran deal unilaterally on bullshit lies about them, if I were North Korea I wouldn't trust the USA state CORPORATISM system where the president is just a puppet

Expand full comment

I never understood what was so bad about Trump. I had read his book The Art of the Deal years ago to study his successes in sales and marketing at the high end level. He pulled off successes in a very competitive real estate field in which vision, imagination, bold decision-making and risk-taking are the norm, and then did it again in the entertainment industry. I don’t watch TV so I never more than a few minutes total of “The Apprentice.” He was not afraid to look like an asshole in front of the Karen’s and chudcels of the world as he pursued his goals. He was a comparatively benign P.T. Barnum type asshole, not a sneakily mass-murderous mealy-mouthed Bill Gates/Tony Fauci-type asshole. News flash: the power players of this playpen we live in are mostly psychopaths! So what was so uniquely hate-worthy about Trump? I don’t think there was anything. I was loving it when he was in the early debates against the shuffle-months who were all afraid to say anything non-pablum and he started cutting into them and( his greatest achievement) actually calling out, battling, and pretty much single-handedly destroying FAKENUZ Media! After that, I think he lost his way, was outmaneuvered by backstabbers etc. I don’t claim to know which of the thousand walnut shell has the pea under it in this disinformation blizzard. But he did at least SAY “YOU WOULD BE IN JAIL” and that was a real lightning bolt imho. So I think all the Trump hate was just classic Mass Formation Psychosis in action. As a narcissist business guy who likes nubile fully-grown beautiful women, he is not particularly unique.

Sorry for the off-topic post, but I feel it's urgent for people to understand the risks we face with big tech continuing to censor and take down information. I keep posting this information, but nobody seems that interested. 94% of the services on the Internet are hosted in way or another on platforms, whether it be as the cloud provider or the service itself, that are affiliated with BigTech and antagonistic toward information that goes against the narrative about COVID-19. In a single day, they could terminate thousands of sites which currently provide avenues for sharing truth about early therapeutics, vaccines, and critical data studies on a moment's notice. That includes substack.

Nobody is doing any contingency planning such as scoping out the use of private data centers. You don't need to use a cloud provider to host web and data or have a high-speed fault toleraant Internet access. Colocation centers at least at this point only care about network disruption and spam and do not normally monitor content - I know that my colocation doesn't.

I've been trying to put together an alt-tech initiative to address the issue as well as services to capture and index all of the relevant data from reputable sources that is now banned by most Internet search engines such as Google. But there just isn't any interest in forming a group around identifying a technology strategy to move to a private cloud that is not subject to cancellation. This is an area up my wheel house as I have 2 master's degrees and a PhD in computer science and have held roles leading data, software, infrastructure, and cybersecurity projects. You can see my profile at https://linkedin.com/in/bobleith

I'd match up to 15K myself just to host a conference, but no takers. I'm a technology guru, not a marketing expert. Looking for help and Interested in suggestions.

Check out the Qortal Project at qortal.org where it is a blockchain based protocol for chat, sites, coin and transactions. True peer to peer so it can't be taken down (similar to TOR), very low power (any old computer with 4-8 GB RAM will do) and includes smart contracts for transactions.

Expand full comment

I must add the inevitable pessimist warning that it's probably yet another project spawned by the intelligence agencies. That is a frequent charge against Tor. Even if it's not true, it's a sure bet that Big Brother at least monitors these projects, and almost as certainly participates.

Expand full comment

While possible I doubt it. It is open source so the code can be reviewed. Definitely not spawned by 3 letter agencies AFAIK. True peer to peer is extremely difficult for them to deal with.

They will always try to spy on us. The goal is to cost them so much in resources that it is not worth it to them. An old but very true saying is "Nobody goes through encryption, they go around it" is very accurate. They'll attack operating systems, apps etc to get access long before they would ever take on encryption.

I just watched an Epoch TV interview with Devin Nunes, who left Congress to work with Trump on a complete new platform being set up to counter all the platforms controlled by Big Tech and thus prevent the kind of censorship we are now fighting against. They will have their own server farms, so it seems like this is the sort of thing that is needed at this point. Perhaps it's something you could be involved in. I hope it turns out to be what we need so we can tell Facebook, Twitter and all the others to go stuff it.

I despised Trump; didn't vote for him and neither did my husband. We didn't vote for Hilary, either, but wasted our vote on the guy who didn't know what Aleppo was. YIKES! Trump, however, soon won me over. I remember looking outside the window one brilliant spring day, I think it was after he'd met with Kim Jong Un, and thinking that I could stop worrying about seeing a mushroom cloud in the horizon. I didn't mind his brash personality; I mean, did you SEE his press conferences? The press pool was like a school of piranhas but more poorly educated. I didn't care about his previous womanizing rumors; I live in a place where rich guys congregate -- and they attract every hot, curvy, gold-digger in the area, whether the guy is married or not. Rich men, powerful men have always attracted women, for better or worse. Most of our U.S. presidents, beginning with FDR, have cheated on their spouses. That doesn't make it right, of course, it just means that power and women -- lots of women -- go together. I sort of liked Trump's irreverent responses. I never thought he was in either Putin's or Xi's pocket; I think he flattered them to get his way -- and it was like watching "The Art of the Deal" unfold in real time. I loved that he was able to get The Abraham Accords done, and I like the way he handled Iraq, ISIS, terrorists, etc. They say he abandoned the Kurds but in reality the Kurds got what they wanted; it was just in a more roundabout way -- that NO ONE ever talks about. But have you heard much whining from the Kurds lately?? What does that tell you? I could go on but suffice it to say that I will take his mean tweets, his abrasive temperament, and everything else -- except he had horrible instincts about his staff -- in place of the mushmelon braih that we have now in the White House movie set.

I can’t wait for Rage Against the Machine to rebrand their song “Freedom” as a vaccine support anthem with a new video showing masked masses getting their shots.

Freedom is Slavery.

Understand what is meant by that, and you understand why they see themselves as good.

We call it "Corporate Media" as Legacy seems inappropriate - we don't want that sort of legacy... Bad Cat and others like you are the Real Media, the People's Media. Thanks and love, from South Africa

"Freedom" is racist, misogynist, transphobic, homophobic, and violent. How dare anyone use that dirty word?

Just watched 60 Minutes on the health care crisis in Louisville. They were blaming the not fully vaxxed and talking about how exhausted the nurses are. There was no mention how the mandates made the shortage worse. Ugh.

Pretty dumb comment re anti-vax. Guess they don't know what democracy is nor what it means to own your own body. Either way, that person has a very short history memory.
