So did the people keep feeding the dog steaks after they discovered the grift? This is the problem with our philanthropists and public health organizations. They keep handing out money no matter what the outcome.

Shows how much smarter dogs are than cats. The dog fed himself everyday, until a human figured it out. I personally might push the kid in, but may or may not drag it back out. 😉
