jeez you guys, as public health allegories go this one is maybe a little too on the nose, no?

Shifty canines...a cat would NEVER...
Oh, they would still knock the kids in the water, but no fake saving would ensue....
And just like the dog, the talking heads still rate public health a 14/10 even after all this has come to light.
