This sounds more intentional than mere government overreach. Can't have vaccine mandates if we find out that a treatment such as monoclonal antibodies works better than vaccines.

This was predictable two weeks ago when this scheme was first announced.

It's pernicious and it's despicable.

Governor Gruesome is probably adding the mABS to his hair gel. I hope he chokes on it.

Off-topic, but did you hear about Nicki Minaj being suspended from Twitter for questioning vaxx and the mandates? And now she's angrily questioning EVERYTHING. I was watching Karlyn B. on YouTube as she was covering Nicki's IG recording. That move by Twitter encouraged a group of her Barbz to go protest at the CDC and yes, there's footage of that too. Things are getting interesting... I almost hope the same happens to Beyoncé so the Bey-hive will destroy Twitter once and for all.

By coincidence, right before I read this, I read a comment to a Facebook post that said this: "This was posted by my local judge, I live north of Houston. 'While we were preparing for our emergency response to Hurricane Nicholas yesterday, I received some news that not only disappointed me but to be brutally honest it infuriated me.

"For over a month Montgomery County has been hosting a regional monoclonal antibodies infusion center. Successfully doing over 2,000 infusions. Both vaccinated and unvaccinated patients have received infusions at this facility. All of our patients to my knowledge have successfully gone on to beat COVID without complications or the need for hospitalization.

All of this came to a halt yesterday. As of yesterday the Biden Administration is metering how many doses of Regeneron are sent to Texas and thus limiting how many are sent to the Montgomery County location. Telling Texas to reduce its use of the therapeutic treatment that has literally been saving lives and reducing hospitalizations.

"Now I’d like to think this is because of a supply issue and it will be temporary at best. But it’s not. The manufacturer has confirmed supplies are ample but due to the Defense Production Act, the White House and it’s agencies are the only entities who can purchase and distribute this treatment.

"So less than a week after the president tells us his patience is wearing thin and he is mandating vaccines to millions of Americans his administration limits and all but removes a non-controversial and highly successful treatment from our war chest of combating this virus.

I have repeatedly said that I am pro vaccine choice and support your individual rights to determine whether the vaccine is right for you. I believe the unconstitutional mandate will be struck down in federal court but while we wait for those cases to make their way through the system we can’t just stop treating people vaccinated or not with a proven therapeutic. Mr. Biden has gone from dangling the proverbial carrot, with his so called national strategy to combat the virus, to throwing out the carrot and favoring the stick instead.

"I will not stand for this and no one in Montgomery County or Texas for that matter should either. I will be reaching out to our federal congressional delegation in the coming days to seek their help at reversing this deadly position in favor of keeping every tool in the war chest available for use for every citizen not just the presidentially favored vaccinated ones."

The original Facebook post wasn't about monoclonal antibodies. It was from WXYZ-TV Channel 7, and it asked the question, "After the vaccines were available to everyone, did you lose an unvaccinated loved one to COVID-19? If you're willing to share your family's story, please DM us your contact information. We may reach out for a story we're working on."

Many, many, many of the replies it got, however, from people talking about secondary effects, including death, from the Covid vaccines. I'm surprised the station hasn't yanked the post yet. Now people are adding their concerns about keeping people from treatments.

The post is going viral, it appears. Even Dan Astin-Gregory (host of Pandemic Podcast out of Britain) replied to it.

We crossed a line at some point. Purposely orchestrating a famine (if mostly the right people starved) should not be considered off-limits for them. I doubt any industry disruptions or shut-downs due to fired unvax'd employees will deter them, as long as the manic majority (keeping them in office) isn't significantly effected by it. (Sorry for the bummer post. History shows how dark this can become.) Gun ownership rights might be the single most significant impediment to history repeating itself.

Lots of fake-news headlines last year when ventilator shortages were Trump's fault. Meanwhile, ventilators were overused and the procedure killed people. Where are the headlines now about shortages of this uncontroversial and effective treatment?

It's quaint to portray this as some sort of theoretical conflict between free market vs. government solutions to problems, when it's seems more obvious to me that it's just another in a long line of pharmaceutical lobby-driven efforts to prevent alternatives to vaccines and lockdowns.

i looked at cdc excess deaths in usa this am. you would not know we have more sero prevalence and most risky people are vaxxed.

the summer surge is a bit higher than last year, in spite of or bc vaccines are not so impacting.

the winter surge is coming to the blue states, maybe the hoarding is for the places the administration control the vote count.

Initially, I thought this was an effort to take down DeSantis because he's a threat to the Demonrats; but I think there's more to this story.

Florida is as vaxxed as most blue states, especially the elderly, high risk population. When cases exploded in July, DeSantis acted quickly to set up mAb infusion sites all over the state to help people get early treatment. Until that point, mAbs had been collecting dust and passing expiry dates in hospital pharmacies all over the country. Maybe the mAbs turned the case and death curves, or maybe Florida was approaching the end of their Delta wave. Do we know? Can we know? Fortunately, cases and deaths in Florida have been dropping in the last few weeks. We can hope that this effort to block mAbs to the state will not stop or reverse the trend. Time will tell.

IMO, this federal grab of mAbs distribution is a tacit admission that...

- The vaxxines are not preventing infection or transmission...or serious disease...even in blue states.

- They think the mAbs might stave off serious disease.

- Things are much worse in the blue states than is being reported...and trending in the wrong direction.

- They aren't convinced that the boosters are going to do the trick because, as the bad cat has pointed out, the data coming out of Israel is not looking good and may portend disaster in the Fall/Winter IFI surge.

And I just read that the FDA refused to take a position on the boosters. Seriously, WTH?

More and more, it seems "they" are trying to destroy the control group to cover up their failures or their evil plans...or both.
