Division of labour, old safety feature. My station make compound 1, your make 2, someone else's makes 3, station 4 handles logistics, and station 5 puts the stuff together and then station 6 stores it. That's a very simple layout, in reality you break it up as much as you can to maintain secrecy and deniability: any error is not due to corruption or pennypinching but to hired contractors not working to specs, honest injun it is so, is the tune corporate sings.

Yes. Each in their own silo. However, if each has any imagination at all, or understanding of human history, for that matter, they can figure out the goal.

Yes, I have heard of this practice. But there must be a person (or persons) at the top who knows and directs everything, who holds the master plan. Who is that person, is my question. Gates? Soros? Or are they just highly placed captains - caporegimes? Or is it the old man who runs that humble noodle shop in Guangdong?
