I would say that with the Omicron variant you can do the 0.4mg/kg dosage (I know with Delta, they were advising the higher 0.6mg dosing). Also, and correct me if I'm wrong, I thought the frontline docs were advocating for HCQ with Omicron (not that IVM was useless, but that HCQ was a little more effective). I personally used IVM because that's what I had on hand.

Yes, you are right, NAB, that the FLCCC group has found HCQ working very well on the Omicron strains. I decided to try both, due to my age and just to experiment since I knew the person who infected me had a bad case of Covid and BA.5 was very dominant then. I used ivy alone about a year ago when I felt something was coming on and ivy worked beautifully then. I now keep both stocked, to help my family and friends. This winter should be an interesting one. I hope it’s not too bad. XBB variant sounds a bit scary, but just keep taking good care of yourself and treat early at first symptoms and you should be fine.

I've had Covid twice. Delta and Omicron. I thought Omicron was a Summer Cold, it was so mild. But when it lingered,. I figured it was Omicron. I too used Ivermectin because it was what I had on hand. A bunch of other stuff as well. All good now for a few months. Good luck to all...
