Funny that billing doesn't require thinking either and that insurance is a driver of diagnosis. The only thinking required is what is billable.

Excellent points! MD's went from being detectives and advocates for the individual to being chart readers following "the Standard of Care" today. Sadly my black lab gets more intimate and individualized attention from his vet than I get from any doctors, although I have to be vigilant with Vets also with their "vaccinate first" m.o.

So true. The irony of it all is that very few pet owners would allow their pets to be experimented on with a dodgy drug platform.
