Do you really think this will go forever? People eventually will recover their senses (although in a sloooow way); how it ends and what happens afterwards, that's another matter.

it goes on until the passports/digital ID/social credit system is in place. Then the nazified 'left' will be told that the variants are under control and they'll stop hating variants just as they stopped hating Trump the instant the msm told them they could stop hating Trump. And at that point the US govt will stop incentivizing the crooked medical establishment to find 'covid' wherever it can.

You explained it better than me (English is not my native language). I see all of this covid crap a means to an end (it stopped being a public health issue a long time ago).

And the social credit system never goes away...

And we're all already in the record, so if/when it comes to pass, the things we've said here and elsewhere have basically already ended us.

Hence, "it goes on forever."

on that I concur. This new version of the US will be so awful that I think a quick and painless death would be preferable. Or if my wife was sane, I'd be ok just picking up and moving to some other country. It'd be easier if our kids were older and out of the house.

What country would you consider moving to? From what I've read, every country is going in the same direction.

I'd probably have to study some data to determine which countries are not participating in the scam. Belarus was not participating in it much. I'm not sure about India either. USD could probably go far in India. But I'm not sure if there is much escaping it. I'm glad I still have my job and my company has never broached forcing everyone to get jabbed. But the government and its loyal goosesteppers have removed much of the fun from life, as much as I try not to let them 'own' me.

Russia is the vanguard of medical freedom, incredibly. And good thing - otherwise any "global depop conspiracy" entity would already be at Nuclear Checkmate.

I watched a vid on some expatriots living there and it looked good. Probably some brutal winters in many parts, but *any* 1st world place that's not obsessed with the sniffles and injecting people is better than the US. The nazis that run US media taught us to hate Russia, but they lie a lot.

Ah, but you need that pesky vaxpass to fly or take the train. Boats, too, I'm assuming.

good point. Probably now is the time to do so. Soon it's quite possible all uninjected people will be trapped in their home country, or in the case of Israel, quite possibly rejected by every other country b/c Israeli leaders have lead their people to slaughter.

I suspect that's part of the plan.

It's fine with me. If I can't live in a free America, I'm happy to get my ticket to Valhalla punched in it.

I never thought I'd be contemplating resigning myself to death at this age, but here we are.

Do you have any evidence WHATSOEVER that it won't? Or that "people eventually recover their senses" in less than a generation?

How long did the Soviet Union last?

The "People's Republic" of China?

This pollyanna "everyone will come to their senses" stuff has been going around for almost two years now. It's nearly as bad as "two weeks to flatten the curve."

WHAT'S STOPPING IT?

it does not stop itself.

it does not burn out.

you cannot go along to get along until it's over.

it has to BE stopped.

people have to stop it.

and that takes hard choices and real action.

it takes a willingness to endure pain and to stand firm.

nothing about stopping this is automatic.

we need to do it.

apathy and hope the monster will go away if we pull the blanket back over our heads is why we're in the mess we're already in.

it won't get us out.

In normal times, the perturbations do eventually smooth out. I think many of us spent part of last year expecting the crazy to subside until we realized that it wasn't going to subside.

We're not in normal times.

The way you're writing, it looks like you already gave up. Such the optimistic one.

And you are comparing both the Soviet Union and China to the US? Gimme a break! A great percentage of the population is against this.

the time to stand is now. As I said this will end. How? it depends on what we do now...

This could end with an dystopian system in place, it could end with a fragmented country (most of the left are beyond coming to their senses IMHO).

>> The way you're writing, it looks like you already gave up.

Absolutely incorrect. I'm depressed beyond measure and sad and angry every day. But I have stood by my limits and principles and have never budged once, and never will. I am resigned to fighting a potentially futile battle until the day I die.

>> And you are comparing both the Soviet Union and China to the US?

Also incorrect. I am giving examples of two totalitarian regimes that took generations (or never did) for "people to come to their senses."

Those aren't "endings." Those are this nightmare continuing. "A dystopian system in place" is what's being done right now.

Please stop putting words in my mouth or assuming intent.

In the interim, it might not be pretty. Specially as gov and their lackeys seems to be getting desperate.

Your notion of "this can't go on forever" basically seems to mean "eventually they will win completely so they don't have to be so intense about all this."

That's going on forever.
