Many, MANY, people were either naive about the injections, or were too willing to justify to themselves a "Small" (they thought) risk, in order to travel freely or keep their jobs. I don't think it is fair to criticize anybody too harshly for that -- including Dr. Malone and Steve Kirsch.

Where did Dr. Malone say there is no evidence of purposeful intent? I've never gotten the impression he thinks this was all some big mistake. Have you read his recent post pointing out DARPA's complicity?

While it is true that nobody should be above criticism, I think you're casting unfounded aspersions. Yes, there are people who are weakening the medical freedom movement, but they seem most often to be "No virus and no Covid" zealots, not the prominent people in this effort.

Point of clarification regarding your earlier comments: Blockchain is only an auditable ledger system that does not automatically identify anyone, personally. However, the applications using it may provide personal information, depending on how they are written. Though I'm not a fan of cryptos, I do support the purposes for which some of them were created, and I share your concerns about CBDC's and digital ID. There are many shortcomings in BTC and other cryptocurrencies that their supporters find inconvenient to address; it seems the lure of quick riches and a false sense of invincibility make it easier to rationalize participation in a mania. For now, I'll stick with real money (metals) and avoid some of the manipulative turbulence from Chinese whales and Wall Street banks.

Dr Malone's vicious $25 million lawsuit against the Breggins, is all that I need to know about Malone. He seems to be running cover for the Bio research establishment

Breggin has a very sketchy history, selling his soul peddling nonsense before juries as an “expert.” I have read testimony of his (many years ago) that was unfounded & grossly overstated. He was obviously deeply in bed with the Scientology folks back then. Malone was quite naive going into this, like many of these guys who political leftists. I remember when he tweeted that he was shocked the NYT had spouted some nonsense. Within an hour he had 100s of responses basically pointing out that they hadn’t been trustworthy in many years. He was genuinely shocked!

Understand that Kirsch, Malone, Kory, & others were strong Democrat party supporters BEFORE they were redpilled by Covid.

Sorry, An Old Doc, but I've been following Breggin for decades. His testimonies against ECT and psych drugs have been invaluable for helping people escape these harmful treatments. YES, he does blow off at the mouth from time to time, and sometimes I can't believe he's saying what he's saying - but is this worth $25 million?

The Breggin's attacks came out of the blue and were completely unwarranted, as far as I could tell, but I'll leave it to the court to say who was wronged. As a frequent reader of Dr. Malone's substack material, I've not seen any substantive evidence of your own accusation; perhaps you can share some excerpts that bother you.

If Malone's suit has no merit, I doubt a court will find in his favor, because I don' t believe he's any kind of privileged insider in the legal system. That would mean his only result would be some large legal fees he'd have to pay.

WRT to threats, I was told by a talented business acquaintance that you either sue or you don't, but you never *threaten* to sue.

I understand the lawsuit has been filed but still not served. No idea what that means. I assume somebody must pay a process server to present to Breggins; no tickee/nowashee?

Breggins has not yet been served. So that lawsuit may be more of a threat, as I understand it.
