In this article it states "Over 99% of Covid-19 deaths have been among the unvaccinated last month (July)."

This would imply a very, very low vaccinated death rate.

Was this statement correct?

Is it still correct?

I only link to it for proof people are being paid to push the vax. No, I would absolutely not rely on it, or any legacy media account for the truth on hospitalization rates. Stick to boriquagato, Mathew Crawford, and others in the alternative media for the real statistics. For example, it appears in Australia, 95% of hospitalizations are among the vaccinated, meaning they are now in all likelihood being overrun with vaccine injuries and illnesses..

That claim appeared widely in the press. Here's a sample article I bookmarked as an example of crazy propaganda:

Your question is similar (but not identical) to the claim made in the linked article. But both are likely very deceptive. In "my" article's case: Where is the flaw in their argument? The very long time sample: January to August. What doesn't the article tell you, but you could find by checking CDC and other data? Simple: the sample period begins when almost no one was vaccinated (the vaxxes weren't even available before December, 2020), also start date captures the enormous seasonal peak of winter cases. While I didn't double-check the data, it's likely this article is a case of technically not lying, but instead telling an irrelevant truth. They would only have been slightly less silly to claim the same time period a year earlier, and say 100% were unvaxxed.

Please never forget: the truth is a scarce commodity in the media. Especially so when they have vested interests to promote or suppress certain views.
