As an un-jabbed SF resident, I can poop on the street, but I can't eat in a restaurant.

entrance to high end stores requires vaccination but i al reliably informed that a crowbar and a duffel bag are also acceptable.

And I heard (forgive me if it's incorrect) that you can even get a free tent if you become homeless. At $35,000.00 a pop. Welcome to our "new normal". Of course, at this point, I think I'd rather have the tent than be put in one of the wonderful camps...

We've got a few more than they say.

San Francisco is a special kind of stupid! Poop in the street? No problem!! Crow bar shopping in Nordstrom? No problem!

Expand full comment

Take your family to a restaurant? Only if you and your 5 year-old are jabbed!

Expand full comment

What is you’re there to steal less than $950 dollars worth of food/service? Do you still need to be vaccinated?

But who wants to go to such pretentious and expensive places anyways. Pabu, Mina, Et al aren’t that great abs expensive as hell….

Poop jokes aren't my favorite...

but they're a solid number two.

You could get a job as the assistant. Then you'd be the team's Number 2.

Notice, too, that in the case of the two biggest regions--Africa/India--they also have very low covid rates. LOL.

Also less restriction (and higher usage probably) of anti-paracitics.

And less money to buy the vaccines. No vaccine, no virus.

One word: ivermectin. Same with Japan.

Expand full comment

Not doubting ivermectin at all (have my stash and trust the data/anecdotes on that). Also, not exactly doubting your brief comment on Japan - but a bit more skeptical. Based on what do you say that ivermectin is helping in Japan (I am aware of the Tokyo Medical Association declaration so what other than that can you point to). I have a strong interest in knowing. I have family and business in Japan and lived there for nearly 20 years. I speak with people there regularly (common folks - friends, colleagues) and most have not really heard much about ivermectin (they've heard a little but it is NOT like there is some big push there supporting ivermectin as there was in Uttar Pradesh and elsewhere). So I wonder what you are basing your "Same with Japan" comment upon. I CAN envision it being true that ivermectin is used often there (even widely used perhaps) and it may be helping ... Japan is quirky and idiosyncratic beyond imagination (for example, gambling is "illegal" in Japan yet there is pachinko on every corner :-) and so it is highly plausible that they are quietly going about a "stealthy" tactic of taking care of their people (with ivermectin) ... also highly plausible that Japanese are just on average healthier (less obesity, lots of fermented food, etc.). Again, not trying to poke holes but want to reply on clear thinking in order for sanity to return :-)

Coach T, there is an article (https://www.rt.com/news/540895-japan-delta-covid-extinction/) making the rounds about how scientists are “mystified” by the disappearance of the Delta variant in Japan—all while ignoring the elephant in the room that the Japanese Health Minister has permitted the use of ivermectin.

It sounds like you are already pretty knowledgeable about ivermectin, but if you are interested in more peer-reviewed research on it, you may enjoy my article exposing the disinformation campaign on it (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-scientifically-minded).

I'm trying to get some and even with an Rx it's super hard. California has effectively banned it - the pharmacists are all too scared to fill the Rx. So CanadianPharmacy etc. but those places are iffy at best - still haven't gotten anything. If they can keep us from getting an effective alternative to the jab, they can keep the "vaccine only" strategy in place to justify lockdowns and internment camps. Amazing how blatant this all is, and the protesty left isn't just asleep, it's pushing for all this. Just mind blowing social engineering. Good job, Ketchum/CIA etc. Really stellar work.

I got a ton of it through RiverPharmacy.ca. A Canadian company that has it sent from Mumbai. It takes about 4 weeks to get as it goes through customs. They are reputable and I know a ton of people who have used this pharmacy. No prescription needed. I also got methylprednisone (anti inflammatory) through the same pharmacy with no prescription. I recently had Covid and even though I had a prescription through a Telemed doctor (based in Calif. no less), I wanted more to have on hand.

A couple of sites to try - Indiamart which was used successfully by a commenter on Berenson's Stack and buyivermectin.us which someone shared with me. She got her order recently and our order just cleared customs in NY so I'm hoping we'll have it soon. Another friend got some via Canada, but it came from India. What we ordered is dramatically cheaper than what we got through AFLDS telemedicine visit.

I lived/worked in DC in the 90’s and one evening was running near the Mall when I had an urgent need to pee. I happened to be near the IRS building and was about to gleefully pee on the side of their building when I thought of the possible consequences if there was a camera I couldn’t see. So I found a porta potty. Don’t judge me, we all have decisions we regret decades later!

You forgot to add New York City. De blasio opened a “Crack House” right in mid town Manhattan where drug addicts are given free needles (paid for by the NYC taxpayers) so they can shoot up with illegal drugs inside with out being arrested. Then they all defecate right outside on the sidewalk in the middle of Manhattan. No One picks it up because deblasio cut funding for sanitation (as well as police). There are literally human turds on every sidewalk. There are rats and 6 foot piles of trash on every corner. There are robberies in broad daylight on 5th avenue. Thank you Bill Deblasio. Thank you AOC for reclaiming New York for your socialist agenda! Every smart, wealthy, responsible person I know is moving to Jersey, PA, CT or flordia or has already gone. They won’t move back. Soon there will be no one left to tax. Now Bill deblasio also eliminated the Gifted and talented school program - the big Apple has become truly rotten.

take some photographs of it. that's not the 'real' American people because it is such a tiny part of 350 million people. but is IS the 'real' America because New York is so emblematic of the USA.

We're talking the America that is not the American people en masse but what is done to them en masse: i.e. subject them to maladministration, injustice, unreason, chaos, draconian edicts etc.. etc..

That's the America the Americans have to live in.

An America that would shock to the core the majority of the outside world that still holds America in high esteem.

And probably would shock many millions of Americans who hold America in high esteem and have no idea of what's really happening.

Photograph. And promulgate.

It's kind of remarkable how much the ACLU has contributed to the crashing down of civilization in my lifetime. What with the Baby&Bathtub Syndrome, the sea levels are rising because they're awash in infants...

Just Bizarro World First Class Genius. There are horrors in institutions housing the most vulnerable? Close the institutions...I ain't no architect, nor even a humble household remodeler or sumthin, but even I could figure out that one can take a massive building like the notorious Creedmore mental hospital and turn each floor into self-contained secure but attractive, easily-managed permanent therapeutic housing for the extremely, extremely permanently unwell. It just needed a wee bit of those two rarest of rare metals--imagination and common sense..

It's quite dangerous. Spreads parasites and diseases. Nature is not a happy happy paradise. When one adopts feral kittens/cats the first thing one does is get them dewormed. Contrast health and safety in various communities in India where the Hindu poor defecate outside and the Muslim poor use latrines. Instructive.
