I knew voting was a fraud when I realized that *both* “sides” say, “it doesn’t matter who you vote for, just vote.” Kind of tells you who wins either way.

We must reject their legitimacy wholesale and play our own game. They will come for us, but we cannot stop.

Totally agree Sarah. Most people are so ignorant they should stay as far from the voting booth as possible. Personal example: I'm 60 years old, all my kids went to Catholic schools and the youngest graduated 7 years ago. Why should I vote in the school board election? I have no idea what any of the candidates stand for, have no idea who any of them are. Criticize me for that ignorance if you want, but I'm not going to go in there and just flip a coin and vote for someone. I pass. 90% of the public should do that across the board.

Ironically, you should care and know more about your local candidates as this is where policy most directly impacts your life.

For example, my city is a blue stain in a red sea, and its mayor and council have attempted to nullify the state’s restrictions on abortion by claiming they’ll turn a blind eye and request the police department prioritize other infractions of the law.

Similarly, while I think government schools are beyond help and the best course of action is for people to turn their backs on the concept by withdrawing their children en masse, insofar as school boards exert control over the indoctrination of your local youth population, one could argue that THAT is where you should focus your efforts on keeping out the psychos with delusions of grandeur.

People also underestimate how powerful locally elected sheriffs and county judges can be when it comes to enforcing (or not enforcing) things like lockdowns.

I've generally looked at it the same way. If you know nothing about the options in a particular race, then don't vote there. I usually have some serious opinion about presidential and congressional candidates, but a list of names up for the local ditch supervisory board is generally just that to me, and I don't vote on that one. Of course, I suppose that means that some ballot custodian can steal that vote if they want.

The #government always wins!

Except when they're supposed to regulate something. Then the winner is generally the #corporations or the #ngos.

It's always the ruling class though. #tautology

I agree Sarah. Democracy is the true opiate of the masses, or at least the trappings of democracy that have lost the truth of self-government. Next time you hear one of them speaking substitute 'self-government' or 'independance' every time they say democracy and see if the meaning isn't 180 degrees different. Shouldn't be that way should it?

The vote has become form without content. No institution can make or preserve freedom, that must be done by men and women.
