Yes, at some point natures favored arbiter emerges. Yet as you say organizing is "almost impossible". We are the almost. Be the almost.

We are not many, but we are steeled to this purpose. To first preserve and protect and then arm and train a righteous People who will also be the few in their time. But who will have the skills, disposition, and spiritual mettle to build up from the ashes.

So indeed, we are tilling the soil, planting those trees which some day will cast that cool shade under which we will never sit.

Of all the generational blame, i.e. "the boomers", and other low hanging fruit of what is wrong with current year, the most wretched is the pervasive inclination to inherit that self-centered, narcissistic entitlement that sullies every endeavor toward anything right and true into the necessity to harvest the bounty up-front. A great myopia of spirit. End that.

Our elders ate our seed corn. Will we be any different?

To accept the truth of our current station is to understand that we cannot dispossess the system of its bad leadership or evil tendencies and replace it with our own better versions. Nor can we use the tools of the system to build a mass movement to rush the castles in the sky. But there is a lot one man can do. A lot more a few good men can do together.

The system is on entropy; it will fall. And then what?

The best time to plant those trees was 20 years ago. The second best is today.

They spent over 70 years building the current state of affairs. It will take just as long to dislodge it.
