You touch on the true culprit: panic sells the crisis economy... being oldschool, raised on a farm established on raw river washed almost wilderness, I understand how satisfying hard dirty work can be when you have a good team. That amazing sense of togetherness is what is being disrupted. I think it's on purpose to reduce any collective initiatives... but that comes after years now, of blessing and being blessed by the amazing team I get to work with on my local medical floor. Despite the betrayal we have experienced from our leadership - for years now - together we are amazing and have been the glue that kept f'd up system on track.
