a tale of two regulators
(well, really quite a lot more than 2)
you wouldn’t know it from reading most american media, but in a great many countries, the mRNA jabs are coming under intense scrutiny and being contra-indicated due to severe side effects.
sweden suspended use of moderna in people under 30 seven months ago.
and several other countries have followed suit.
the list now includes germany, france, denmark, norway, iceland, and finland as well.
and it’s not like any of this is new news.
and yet here in america, the FDA fawns on, accepting outright garbage results from terrible trials to allow inoculation of our very youngest (critical to pfizer and moderna as getting on the pediatric vaccine schedule entitles them to new forms of liability shields).
half of the EU is banning this drug in under 30’s. and the FDA panel (now a sad object lesson in regulatory capture) voted 21-0 to approve it in kids from 6 months up.
merely raising this issue by stating unequivocal, objective facts? twitter suspension.
the data was a joke.
they claim “80% efficacy” using even worse baysian datacrime definitions than before by “only counting from 3rd dose + 7 days”.
we all know how that goes.
this practice dropped 97% of all infections from the active arm and their own data proves it. and so the FDA absolutely knew this.
this is akin to saying “you’ll be safer if you leave your house and drive out of the hurricane” while ignoring the risks of driving out of a hurricane.
summing this for both sets of kids and normalizing for person years of exposure we get 23.9% VE (awful and still likely overstated and rooted in non-current variants and fails to assess fade) with a confidence interval that looks to cross 0 meaning this is NOT statistically significant to a p value under 0.05.
even in a high risk condition for kids and with low side effects, this should not have been approved.
in an incredibly low risk condition and with massive side effects, this is outrageous.
the risk reward on this for children 5-11 was already astonishingly negative.

and yet despite even lower risk and who knows what side effects and despite the rest of the world rapidly catching on, here’s the FDA granting approval.
this will now allow these products to be put on the pediatric vaxx schedule and gain liability shields. this is so important to these companies that they would not even sell their actually approved versions in the US without it and kept selling the EUA product instead.
we’re way past incompetence and accidents here.
that which is obvious all over the rest of the world is being ignored and inverted in the US. the regulators are captured and vaccine injury is being systematically suppressed and buried under campaigns to normalize false “long covid” narratives and “sudden adult death syndrome” as though THAT was a serious thing all along.
the power and reach of this industry and interest grouping is on vivid display.
to miss it requires willful blindness.
and this is why i think a forensic analysis of the data on which these drugs were authorized then approved is such a vital undertaking.
these turned into the most profitable products in pharma history.
imagine the lesson industry will learn if this is allowed to stand.
imagine the regulators they can buy and capture with all that filthy lucre.
fraud is a near universal contract solvent. proof thereof will pierce the lability shields and return accountability. it may even pierce the corporate veil and allow for individual officer and board accountability.
the role of gottlieb and NIH research ought be of particular interest.
that process will be political and will thus pivot on politicians not only realizing the magnitude and gravity of this error (for they will not switch sides just to defend you) but to see that throwing pfizer under the bus represents their best chance at saving their own lizard-people hides.
you cannot count on them to care about your interests, but you may assuredly count upon them caring about their own.
and so we must ensure that the truth comes out and they they face this existential choice and then swallow hard and let some of them skate. unless you’re willing to take the casualties of fighting to the last man, you need to offer the enemy a path to retreat and surrender.
sometimes it’s better to have them join you that to insist on counting coup over all their transgressions.
yeah, it’ll be gross watching them pretend to be shocked and keep their jobs, but this is just not a fight we can win so let’s focus on the one we can: burning this edifice of crony corporatism and faux regulatory oversight to the waterline and replacing it with something not overtly predatory upon us.
it’s not the end.
but it’s a good start.
The only way to regulate these regulators is with tar and feathers
This has been happening for a long time. GMOs being planted all over the US while being banned in most of the rest of the world; hormones in meat animals; various other adulterations of the food supply. To say nothing of the endless crimes of Big Pharma. The US regulatory apparatus is fully captured by corporate interests who consider Americans to be lab rats.
