if we cannot follow the science, at least we can follow the money

warm up the busses my friends, it’s becoming time to prepare to throw a whole lot of people under them…

humans are funny creatures. you can lie to them, injure them, and impose insane and arbitrary rules upon them while forcing them to harm themselves and stunning numbers just sort of shrug it off.

you can show them all manner of harm and poor risk reward and biological phraud, and it rolls off like water from a duck’s back.

you can lay out all sorts of associative issues (thanks to OS who made this graph) and they moue and make excuses.

you can show them that those who were supposed to be keeping them safe were not just asleep at the switch, but willfully refused to even try to watch it.

you can even outright damage people for life and they will be so raddled with stockholm syndrome that they will ramble that they would happily do it again, not even to “keep people safe” but so that “they could see people” in open and telling admission that they will gladly sacrifice freedom and bodily integrity upon the altar of “buying back a right to free association that should already have been inalienable” when faced with authoritarian pressure. but the funny things is somehow, despite all this, you show them a whiff of corporate financial impropriety and it’s suddenly

and here is where the scores can really change. i suspect this owes to both levels of discernment and levels of objectivity. it is easy for the non-biologist to presume “mistakes were made in the fog of war” because they lack the inclination or ability to wade deeply into pharma data or practice or the sorts of reasons and past actions that have led pfizer to be one of, if not the most fined company in history.

and they’ve been caught bribing before.

they may not know of the past actions of CEO bourla himself who, while running the animal division at pfizer covered up and kept selling a bovine vaccine that was known to be killing cows by making the calves that nursed from vaxxed mothers bleed out through their eyes and ears.

but they do understand graft, pay for play, and being lied to by powerful politicians who got paid off.

rumors of this have been swirling for ages. huge amounts of vaccine were purchased with suspicious, confidential, and redacted contracts and then pushed with the full faith of force of governments even and especially when it became obvious that they did not work as claimed and could not stop a pandemic and might well be accelerating it.

there were rumors about australia being bought and paid for.

and now comes europe and when even politico is getting into the game, you know the excrement is about to hit the windmill. this is going mainstream and the stinking trails of dirty money are not going to be that hard to follow if one has access to the records and suppressing them only works if you can stay in power.

Pfizer Chief Executive Albert Bourla has pulled out of an appointment to testify before the European Parliament's special committee on COVID-19, at which he was expected to face tough questions on how secretive vaccine deals were struck.

The decision follows an audit report into the EU's vaccine procurement strategy published earlier in the month that raised new questions about contact between Bourla and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen that preceded a multibillion-euro vaccine contract.

The head of the U.S. pharmaceutical giant, the largest supplier of COVID-19 vaccines to the EU, was scheduled to appear before the panel on October 10. The committee is meeting with key officials involved in the EU's vaccine procurement process to draw lessons on how to respond to future pandemics. Other pharmaceutical executives have addressed the committee, including the CEO of Moderna and senior officials from AstraZeneca and Sanofi.

the issues here have long been obvious. the mainstream has just been afraid to yank upon the yarn but with the populace just plain over covid and crazy covid rules and restrictions, deeply suspect of the new vaccines, and with many EU nations outright proscribing their use for the young and healthy, this sort of villain hunt is now not only palatable, but politically useful.

and my what threads we have to pull.

this is going to unravel and heads will roll. those who got paid and then played so very hard are going to be in quite the bind.

“you approved these products on shoddy science then took bribes to make us take the jab and to suppress alternatives knowing full well that you were harming not helping us” is a REALLY bad look.

and so they will try to wriggle off the “knowing” part and at least plead down to “involuntary manslaughter” instead of “murder for hire.”

and this brings us back here:

the low energy path to save themselves will be accusing pfizer and moderna of fraud and trying to play the victim with protestations of “we wuz lied to!”

mark my words: the US will be worse. and the number of players with dirty little fingies is vast.

and keep in mind that we STILL don’t know the terms or practices by which moderna got mRNA tech from NIH or have any idea where BNT (the gates funded company pfizer got theirs from) got theirs. it was certainly a massive departure from anything the had ever worked on before. pointy questions abound.

but perhaps also keep in mind this basic truth about big pharma and realize that while there are lots of sound and ethical small biotech companies that the bigger one gets, the shadier the terrain around one seems to grow and that the incentives of such bio-behemoths are not always or even often aligned with your best interests…
